Diaper Pictures!

Breck loves to talk to himself and us while changing his diaper. He has also been smelling his feet and saying "Stinky"...super cute!

Looking out the window...this is his second favorite window in the house. There is alot going on outside and he likes to keep tabs on what's going on!

Mazie was barking...so he had to go see what all the fuss was about. Just the neighbors dog, but he watched until the dog went inside.

Breck's first Blood!

Being totally on the move now I think we are going to be having a lot more accidents. Breck took a face dive into the side of the bathtub and ended up with a bloody lip and two teeth marks in his bottom lip. I think the tub won that battle! We're just glad that it wasn't any worse!

G & G Pearce came for a visit!

G & G Pearce came up to visit and play with me. I showed grandpa my new slinky and grandma was making me laugh a lot. Then I showed them how my ball game works. We went for an almost 3 hour walk. We stopped at UMD to see daddy while he was helping out at a track meet, then went to Bixby's for lunch, and hiked all the way home. It was a great weekend.

If you could only hear him laughing it would do this picture justice! He loves to be tickled and it's fun to tickle him too. I am so lucky to get to spend my days with him, I love it!

Easter Weekend

We spent Saturday up in Ely with the Burns' family. We did some hiking, talking, and lots of eating! It was a great day! Then as we were saying our goodbyes...

Breck walked to Grandma Carol. He was very proud of himself. Then he walked back to me. He had taken a few steps prior but not so many in a row! Way to go Breck!

Then on Sunday we recreated his first Easter picture from last year when he was 1 week old. And one picture with his easter basket!

The Park and Maz's food dish!

We have gone to the park a lot now that the weather is getting nicer and Breck just loves to go down the slide and swing! Super cute pic.....hangin out in the porch.

Shawn and I found Breck grabbing Mazie's food in his hand...(while she was trying to eat it as fast as she could so he wouldn't take ALL of her food ) ......

and transfering it into her water dish! Pretty funny...but hopefully not a new habit!

Moving and Talking

Breck loves to move. He is always crawling, standing, climbing up on furniture, reaching for things he just can't quite reach, and just starting to take some unassisted steps. His talking has been super entertaining lately as well......

Shawn and I love to just sit and listen to him talk/babble..... however he really is saying a lot of words. Such as ......Daddy, Mama, baby, car, ball, cheese, night-night, me, hi, argh-raa-raa (his mazie growl), what sounds like grandpa, and he will even tickles himself saying ticka-ticka-ticka. It is so fun to see him mean what he says.
