Halloween Party at CCP!

Walking in to the party! Isn't he the cutest Tiger you have ever seen? And one of the whole family! Breck was a little skeptical!

Dad and Breck coloring a dinosaur.....then he went BOOling!

Became a scarecrow......jumped in the jumper with an adorable ladybug a.k.a Mia.

Threw some balls at skeletons.....played some hockey against a pumpkin.

Played some more hockey and also tried to feed the bats! We had a great time enjoying the fun activites, catching up with old friends/students/parents, playing games and getting treats!

First Carving :)

Cutting off the top was very exciting.....what was inside?? WOW!!! Very curious. Not quite sure he wanted to put his hand in yet, but the spoon worked wonders!

Ok, now Im ready! I will get dirty. It wasn't very slimy, mostly just cold. And it had seeds or "balls" so I had to see what it felt like.

Once I touched it, then I wanted to keep putting the guts back in the "punkie" after all that is where their supposed to be right?? But we had lots of fun!

While daddy cleaned out the final stuff and carved the "punkie" I made sure the seeds were safe, I made sure I was VERY useful and kept my parents busy!

Little Pumpkin Man!

Here is Breck with all of his pumpkins. He has been calling them "punkies" and loves to look at them, carry the little one around, and give them hugs! Super cute!

Fall Walk!

Auntie Stacy came up for the weekend for a visit and this was the only day we could get outside. It was a very rainy cold weekend. We went to the park of course and then played in a few leaves as well.

Breck's 1st UMD Hockey Game!

We were able to sit down at ice level which meant that we got to see the zamboni up close and get front row action of players and pucks bouncing off the glass.

Here I am standing in "my" spot where I was dancing to the band and cheering and clapping with all the other excited Bulldog fans!! Grandma even took me right up to the glass... wow those players are big!

"Go Bulldogs!!!" is what I was saying here. And this is me close to the end of the night when I started to slow down a bit. I made it to the end of the game and was finally in bed a little after 10 pm....what a long but very fun night :)

Our first sighting of SNOW!!!

Well it's official.....October 10th we woke up this morning to a dusting of snow on the ground. Breck was really excited to get outside and check it out. He was still of course in his pj's! I don't know if I'm ready for snow to stay quite yet!

"I'm ready Mom! Let's go already!" Here are the first footprints!

The first touching and the first tasting! All of which happened in the first 30 seconds. Then we played for a few minutes, took Mazie down to the yard where Breck laughed huge belly laughs cause Mazie also Loves the snow and she goes crazy running in it! So that was super fun to see! Then we came inside to warm up with a big pancake breakfast.....what a GREAT way to start our weekend!

Baseball, Golf, Hockey!!!

For a little over a month now Breck has been loving to play baseball. He gears up with his bat, ball, and hat(helmet) of course. He then swings the bat and runs around the loop in our house like the bases!! It is super cute. After he hears the music da-da-da-dun-da-dun, he yells "Charge" too. I think we might have a future Twins player on our hands.

Shawn then got a new pair of golf shoes. Well Breck loves shoes cause they mean he gets to go outside or on a walk. So he was putting daddy's new shoes on with his Titleist hat and looked like a little golfer...which I know Shawn hopes for so he has someone to play with:)

And most recently it's been Hockey, Hockey, Hockey......I mean you would think that we live in Duluth or something! It is kind of weird. He got a Wild jacket for the fall/winter and ever since then all he wants to do is play hockey! He brings his sticks all over the house....I think with him sitting like that he might take after his dad and uncle and be a goalie!

Breck has totally been into wearing my sunglasses, playing with our keys (either trying to open the gate, running around making car noises, or hiding them) and carrying around my purse which I'm just realizing he doesn't have in this picture....I will have to work on that!
