Ring Bear??

I just wanted to share this funny story!! My sister Erin asked Breck to be the ring bearer in her and Nathan's wedding in October. So we have been talking about it a little bit. But the other morning over breakfast Breck said to me... "Mom, I'm going to be a Ring Bear for Erin's wedding!" -yes you are buddy- "Are there going to be any other animals?" -What? i said- "Are there gonna be goats?? -Oh, no hunny. You aren't going to be a ring BEAR, you are a ring bearer which means you are going to carry the rings down the aisle- "So I don't get to be a bear??" -nope, not this time- "ok :("

OUCH!!

Breck took a BIG fall today and smashed up his face and neck pretty good. It's hard to see how bad it actually looks in these pics but you get the idea! He was a huge trooper though bounced right back! Even some smiles for the camera!

Pearce Family Vacation!

We had such a nice vacation with our family. Besides relaxing and enjoying each others company we played volleyball, tennis, bags, and cowboy golf. We swam, had campfires, eat lots of good food, and played at the playground. The boys even snuck in a few rounds of golf while the girls went wedding dress shopping!! Great time:)

Shawn's Big Catch!

Shawn took his annual summer fishing trip in June with his college buddies to Leech Lake and this is a picture of his BIG catch! It's a 27in Walleye and I think the biggest catch of the weekend!

5 wonderful years!

5 years ago today....I couldn't have dreamed up a more perfect life!! A now I live it everyday with you and our beautiful boys! I love you Sweetheart!!

Another Engagement!!! :)

Congratulations Brent and Courtney!!! Sorry this is a little delayed in getting up, but my brother proposed to Courtney on the 4th of July.....and she said YES! so they will be getting married sometime next year! We are very excited for them and can't wait for all the wedding fun! Love you guys!

Children's Museum

Little Builders is the theme right now and it can't get any better for Breck. He is all about the machines, trucks, blocks, hammers, and construction gear! It is so much fun to watch him play. He also enjoys a little fishing too!

Buddies!

Breck and Cullen are such good buddies! We are super lucky they enjoy each other so much. Let's just hope that continues as they get older:)

Breck is our goof-ball! He totally hams it up when he has an audience. He loves watching his dad play softball so much he wants to wear his softball gear. So here he is in dad's sox, pants, and jersey. The hat and shoes are in the basement...he had to take them off come upstairs and show me his outfit:)

Cullen is starting to interact more with us and we are getting to see lots of smiles, laughs, and coo's! He likes to be where the action is and doesn't want to miss out on anything.

Mankato Parade & Gpa's 60th Bday

Saturday morning we headed out to watch a parade. It was a little warm but Breck really enjoyed watching the floats, trying to get candy, dancing to the marching band, waving his flag, and collecting stickers!

Saturday evening a bunch of people came to help celebrate Grandpa Mike's 60th Birthday. It was a beautiful night to be outside! Grandpa and Cullen posing for a picture at the end of the night.

4th of July!

We have been traveling so much this summer we decided to spend the 4th here in town. Shawn played in a few softball games that we went and watched during the day and got home in time for a late nap so Breck could stay up late to see the fireworks! This picture was taken as the sun was setting from Leif Erickson Park.

Breck and Shawn killing some time before the fireworks. Breck calls this place his castle or his sand castle. It's a great place to run around, burn some energy, look at ships in the water, and of course PLAY!

Cullen enjoying his carseat. We didn't even take him out..mostly because he was so happy in there, but also because the bugs we out. He ended up sleeping through the fireworks.

Breck and I getting very excited to see the sky light up. It was the perfect night to spend outside with my family, enjoying our freedom, and being together!

A long weekend in Duluth

It's been so humid lately that we took at walk down to the Lake to enjoy some water time. This is a picture of the boys taken on a Hockey Stick bench:) and Mazie is in the background. Breck found this big rock that he played the drums on for a really long time. This picture I got while they were singing together, Shawn was driving the bus, and Breck was drumming. Cullen and I sitting in the rocks watching Breck, Dad, Mazie and the waves come splashing in.
