Bentleyville (opening night)

Saturday evening was the opening night of Bentleyville and we needed to share this wonderful Duluth experience with Stacy and Steve.  Here the boys are entering the beautiful light display!

Thankful! and Skating :)

With Thanksgiving just around the corner I have been finding lots of things to be thankful for!  Our boys being one of them.  They bring so much joy to my life.  I can't imagine a day without them.

The sign they are holding says "we are thankful for...Brothers!!"

Then Breck made another sign saying he was thankful for Hockey! And that smile doesn't lie :)  He has been enjoying every minute of playing hockey on a team this year...and they haven't even had a game yet :)

We did our first family skate night of the year last Wednesday.  Cullen did an awesome job too.  He didn't like using the "chair" to help him skate, but he did pretty good on his own holding on to the wall but he couldn't move very fast, so once he got his hands on this contraption he was cruzin'.

The boys!  My boys! The early years of what I think is going to be a very long road of skating nights, hockey, arenas, and stinky equipment :)  But it sure is fun!!

3 Penguins!!

I know Halloween is over, but after I saw some cute pictues of my nephew in our boys old costume I had to go digging for pictures of our boys in it.  So here is Breck as the first penguin...

First Snow Fall ( Dusting)

Amazing how excited kids get about snow!  This is what we got as far a accumulation yet here they are with shovels "digging" us out to get to the car!

Trying to find as much snow as possible to put in a bowl to bring inside to put on his rink!  Haha, sometimes I think he must really think we have ice on our rink in the basement. 



Fun with Friends

Last weekend our friends Trista and Adam came up for a visit and somehow in all the excitement I didn't get many pictures.  We did go to Adventure Zone again for some games and to burn a little energy! Cullen (with very little help from Dad other than a boost) and Breck played their first air hockey game against each other.  They did really well....better than I expected!

 

Breck ended up winning 5 -2 I think but the best part was catching a picture of his reaction to one of his goals!

YEAHHHHHH!!  Haha, so excited you would have thought he won the lottery! 

Then today we went to the Aquarium with the Eberth's and this is the best picture I got of the crew.  Mia, Breck, Cullen and Paige in the Tree House.  Such good buddies!

Mia and Breck have been friends for almost 4 years as Mia will be turning 4 in a couple weeks.  Crazy how time flys!  Glad they still get along :)

2010, 2011, & 2012

These pictures are probably repeats, however, I was looking at the boys yesterday and it's just so hard to believe how big they are, how independent they are, and much fun these past 4 1/2 years have been.   So here is us November of 2010

And October 31st of 2012.   Hard to see how grown up they are in costume but it's been an amazing journey so far and we are definitely enjoying the ride!!

Halloween!!

Cullen was laughing so hard cause it was "YUCKY" and Breck's face says it all!  They were funny.  Cleaning pumpkins is not their favorite thing!

But they liked the end result!  Scary face and Dump truck!  Happy lil guys.

 Started the evening off at CCP for the annual Halloween party.  And of course, Beat the Pumpkin was the favorite game. 

I think we have pictures of these guys every Halloween since they were babies.  Hayden and Campbell and the boys.

 Breck with some friends from school.  Eric and Breck play hockey together and Bella is pretty smitten with my little man!  Very sweet!

 The jumper...always a favorite!  We have been to 3 places with jumpers in the last 2 weeks!

And our customary last stop of the evening, our neighbors, the Bensons.  For another yearly picture of the boys and Amara and Cora...aka Champ and her cheerleader!  What a fun filled night!
