Cullen's school play - The Lorax

Cullen was in the 3rd act doing the song  Let it Grow.  He hasn't been much of a fan of preforming in front of crowds but today was the day he was brave enough to sing! I was SO happy.  He sings these songs at home at the top of his lungs.  He loves to sing so when he mustered up the courage to sing at the concert I think he surprised even himself :)

Finding Dad, Breck, & Kallie in the crowd./

He's on the far right!

Up in front singing his song!  Awesome job, Culleyman.  So proud of you!

The Family in Thneedville.

Portman and more hockey

Grandma & Grandpa came up to watch Breck (that's him skating off) play some hockey.

Cullen showing off for Grandma.  He was finally confident enough in own skating to leave the pusher behind.

The Glen Avon Blues all tired out after 3 games - some with no subs.  Tired kiddos!

Mrs. Gates stopped by to watch too.  So did Gary (our neighbor), and Karen and Alaina, but I didn't get a picture of them.  He was pretty pumped about how many people came to watch him play!

Breck with Mike & Carol!  A great picture!

We haven't had many really nice days to get out and skate, but when we do we have to take advantage of them.  Think we were on the ice for 4 hours on Saturday and 2 or 3 on Sunday.   We were able to have Izy join us ( Breck has been bugging me about skating with Izy for months!!)  They had a blast together.

We have another hockey player in the family now.  He is officially a skater, and a pretty good one too.

Breck cruzin' down the ice for a puck.

Dad and sons playing pass.  Happy boys make a happy Mom!

Shawn taking on Izy, Breck, & Cullen in a game of Hango.

7th snow day and lots of HOCKEY!

The boys and I have had lots of time at home this winter we just haven't been able to do all the things we have done in winters past.  So this year we have to bring the snow in.  We were painting snow with watercolors ( which ended up turning in to a hockey rink....go figure!)

Breck has finally been able to have a play date with his friend Rilo.  Rilo loves hockey just as much as our boys so they had a wonderful day!

They played from 8:30 am til noon when I made them come up for lunch.  After eating they played a few short games and then headed back downstairs until 4 when we had to get ready for hockey practice :)

Breck had a tourney at Duluth Heights the first weekend on the month and scored lots of goals :)

Here he is on a break-away

And if they awarded penalty shots in Mite 1's he would have gotten one here! Way to keep playing hard, Bug!

This is what Cullen does during games :)  Eat snow or ice

Getting in there again...way to stick with it and bury it in the net!

Shawn and his super hero's watching the Bulldogs

Superman with a Super smile - pretty sure the Dogs just scored

Batman was and is still so excited he got these pj's!

Our family Christmas

Well after a lot of travel and a busy week we finally got to do our Christmas at the end of December.  Here Breck took a picture of us opening our gift from him.  He decorated a picture with his handprints on it with a sweet poem.  Thanks, Breck! We love it!

Cullen got a dump truck!! He was a happy happy boy.
And Santa brought the boys goalie pads after 2 years of begging:)  I guess someone had to finally give in!  Either way the boys are having a blast in the basement and it has saved us from having to go to Play it Again or Stewart's every night for them to try stuff on

Then it was family bowling time!  Here the boys were taking lessons on how to throw the ball and how fast to throw it.

Monkeying around..the boys both bowled really well.  I think Breck had 4 spares and a strike in the first 6 frames.  He ended up with a score of 111.

A picture of me gloating....yes I beat him :)  Probably the first time ever!
Breck breaking out his moves!

This is how we spent New Years.....eating a bunch of snacks and hanging out!  It was awesome!  The little guys didn't make it to midnight but it was fun anyways.

Cheers to 2014!  We are looking forward to a legendary year!

Breck got a race car track for Christmas so the boys were racing, crashing, and driving cars before bed.

My perfect, amazing, and wonderful family!

Some more fun...

If Mazie doesn't get enough love at home she sure gets it from Lucas.  He loves her!  Chases her around calling "dog", sitting on her, petting her, and loving every minute of it :)  Notice Mazie eyeing up her get-a-way!

The boys opening up stocking in Blaine and Cullen and Mom sledding.

Johnson cousins hiding under the dining room table until I snuck up on them and snapped a quick picture.
Taye and Cullen are 1 month apart in age and Charlie and Breck are 15 mo. apart.

Listening to the Christmas story told by Grandma Dee.

Most of the Johnson great grandkids.

We also had a chance to meet up with the Eberths at Eagles Nest for some playtime.
Paige, Mia, Breck & Cullen reunited after almost 9 months! So good to see them!

Breck and Mia really miss each other and love every chance they get to be together!
So cute!

Kallie, Me and Krissy probably had just as much fun as the kids did.  There aren't enough hours in a day to catch up with these two lovely ladies. Wish we had more time:)
Gorgeous sunset

The boys taking Stacy down the hill.

Kate, Taye, and Charlie enjoying the fun!
A HUGE snowman assembled by Jenny, Cora, Stacy, Rylin & Cullen.

Breck wanted the fastest sled (aka the hot pink saucer) to go down the ramp, thru the luge course, and off the jump!  He rocked it!
We had LOTS of fun this past week.  Thanks to everyone we got to play with :)
